Can you also visit our club on site?

Absolutely. For kick-off workshops, stakeholder buy-in, or just a post-match pint, I'll jump on a plane or train. Travel and accommodation get invoiced at cost, no hidden mark-ups.

Can our club pay in our local currency?

Yes. EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD, CZK, PLN, NOK, SEK, and DKK are supported out of the box. I handle FX risk so your finance team doesn't have to juggle exchange rates.

What does success guarantee actually mean?

For every milestone, payment is tied to delivery. If the agreed outcome, such as a working data integration, a system blueprint, or a live automation, doesn't ship as specified, the invoice is held until it does. Once delivered and accepted, the milestone is considered complete. This way, you pay for tangible results, not for intransparent consulting days or time sheets.

We already have a CRM, can you optimize it instead of rebuilding?

Definitely. Whether it's tuning your existing CRM, tightening up a CDP integration, or setting up a new marketing automation flow, I step in where you need it most. The scope can be small or large, what matters is that it ships, works, and creates value for your club.

Can you integrate ticketing, merchandising, and other data into one club CRM?

Yes. My philosophy is simple: data is the foundation of every strong CRM or CDP. I help you select the right toolset and integrate ticketing, merchandising, sponsor, and marketing data into one system, so your club has a complete fan journey view and a commercial engine that actually works.

Which CRM & CDP tools do you recommend for football clubs?

I'm independent and tool-agnostic. Helping your club identify the CRM or CDP that best fits your needs is a core part of my consulting. The right choice depends on your size, existing infrastructure, and commercial ambitions. That said, I maintain close partnerships with proven vendors, so when a tool is the right fit, we can move faster, get priority support, and rely on strong relationships to make the integration smoother.

Can you do GDPR consulting?

No. I'm not a GDPR consultant and don't provide legal advice. My focus is on building CRM and CDP systems. For GDPR compliance, clubs should always rely on their own data protection officer or legal counsel.

Will we depend on you long-term, or can we operate the CRM on our own? Do you support us post-launch?

Yes, I can support your club for as long as you need me. At the same time, my goal is to make you independent. Every build comes with full documentation, internal onboarding, and enablement so your staff can run the system without me. Support is optional, not a dependency.
